GENERAL FUNCTION:
Responsible for get value customers an d assist Sales Manager achieving new projects acquisition from China market an d ensure sales revenue growth ob
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1、To develop the business in China;
2、To assist Sales Manager to achieve the sales turnover an d profit targets as required;
3、Research China market to get useful customers information from internet Or other channels;
4、Make cold-calls every week;
5、Establish reliable networks an d contacts inside customer’s sourcing/purchasing loop;
6、Supporting the quotation draft for the RFQ ;
7、Collect all related information for the new RFQ an d advice the engineering department for appropriate quotation;
8、Review the contract an d PO from customers;
9、Establish good Micro Global image in customer side;
10、Communicating, liaising, an d negotiating internally an d externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business projects an d sustainable relationships;
11、Reporting the market information an d providing analysis an d advice to Management;
12、Assist Sales Manager to review an d handle NDA an d T&C;
13、Solve customer complain, an d payment collecting issues;
14、Keep files for all important information for sales department;
15、Participate in the forecasting process;
16、Performs business development duties as required, the desc
Qualification:
1、Four years Bachelor degree in Engineering Or other related sciences Or equivalent work.
2、Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience.
3、Good command of PC knowledge, ability to use;
4、Microsoft Office software family;
5、English-written &speak;
6、Trouble/problem solving skill;
7、Good presentation skills, an d good listening skills;
8、Work with great passion an d can travel frequently
Honest, open-minded, responsible an d integrity;
9、Strong team work spirit, self-motivated, result oriented;
10、Machining knowledge, automotive experience a plus
11、Open mind an d sales personality.
